1. Streamlined Connection
Single Cable Connection with USB Type-C
The ColorEdge CS2400R features USB Type-C connectivity that allows you to display video, transmit USB signals, and supply power to a connected device such as a tablet or notebook PC. This convenient multi-purpose connectivity makes it faster and easier to connect when moving between creative work areas or when working remotely or in a home studio.
70 W Power Delivery
The USB Type-C terminal reliably charges a connected tablet or laptop with 70 W power delivery. This eliminates the need for a laptop’s bulky power supply unit, freeing up space in your bag and on the desk.
2. Reliable Colour Management
ColorNavigator 7 Color Management Software
A monitor needs to be calibrated at regular intervals to maintain colour accuracy. EIZO’s proprietary ColorNavigator 7 software provides an intuitive and highly precise solution to colour management. It allows you to calibrate all colour modes simultaneously and supports a wide range of external sensors. Calibration information is saved to the monitor instead of the operating system so you do not have to recalibrate even when using a different PC.
Quick Color Match Software
Even with all the right equipment, colour matching can be a tedious process – from monitor adjustment to determining the best retouch software and printer settings – achieving an accurate print takes a great deal of time. Quick Color Match greatly simplifies the process by automatically adjusting to the ideal monitor, retouching software, and printer settings so you can focus on editing your photos and print your work quickly and hassle-free. Simply drag and drop your photo in the Quick Color Match window to automatically start the process.
3. Colour Precision
Vivid Colours Reproduced to Industry Standards
The monitor’s colour gamut faithfully reproduces 99% of the Adobe sRGB colour space for digital media creation – ideal for working with web images and video.
10-Bit Simultaneous Display
The monitor offers 10-bit simultaneous display* from a 16-bit look-up-table (LUT) which means it can show more than one billion colours simultaneously. This is 64 times more colours than you get with 8-bit display, resulting in smooth colour gradations and reduced Delta-E between two adjacent colours.
*A graphics board and software which support 10-bit output are also necessary for 10-bit display. Equipment that supports DeepColor is required for 10-bit display when connected via HDMI®.
4. Stable Image Display
Adjusted at the Factory for Smooth Colour Gradations
The gamma level for each ColorEdge monitor is adjusted at the factory by measuring the R, G, and B gamma values from 0 – 255, then using the monitor’s 16-bit look-up-table (LUT) to select the 256 most appropriate tones and achieve the desired value. This ensures the smoothest colour gradations in your images.
Uniformity Across the Screen
LCD monitors commonly exhibit fluctuations in brightness and chromaticity across the screen, affecting colour accuracy. To counter this, ColorEdge monitors are equipped with EIZO’s patented digital uniformity equalizer (DUE) technology which corrects deviations in every tone across the screen to ensure stable display.
Verified Accuracy with Factory Report
Included in the box of every ColorEdge CS2400R is a Factory Report which shows the measurement results of the monitor at the time of production. The report includes uniformity, gamma, gamut coverage, and colour temperature measurements which verify every unit’s accuracy.

Sleek Cabinet Design
The outer design features a sleek cabinet with rounded edges and a non-intrusive stand base to allow the monitor to fit comfortably in any creative environment. A carrying handle on the back allows you to easily move it to other locations. USB ports are easily accessible from the side for connecting USB devices.
Optional Light-Shielding Hood
An optional light-shielding hood is available that effectively prevents glare on the monitor’s screen caused by ambient lighting. The hood attaches to the monitor magnetically, allowing users to setup quickly and easily without needing to connect separate parts.
Ergonomic Stand for Comfort and Convenience
Adjust the screen to the most comfortable angle and reposition it to show your work to a colleague or client. The monitor comes with a versatile stand that offers height, tilt, and swivel adjustments as well as portrait display. The stand is also equipped with a quick release that allows you to easily remove the screen from the stand with one touch.

Usage time is limited to 30,000 hours (10,000 hours for the LCD panel).
Zero Bright Pixels
EIZO guarantees its ColorEdge monitors will be free from bright sub-pixels for six months from the date of purchase.
Brightness and Color Warranty
The brightness and color of the ColorEdge CG2700S is warranted for up to 10,000 hours from the date of purchase. When used at a color temperature of 5000 – 6500K, a brightness level of at least 120 cd/m2 is warranted.
Certified for Quality and Performance
The monitor is recognized by Fogra as a Class A FograCert Softproof Monitor. Using it in a FograCert Softproofing System ensures designers, print specifiers, and print producers can rely on the soft proof for predictable and consistent results.
